We need a Project Manager to keep the work on time, on budget, and on standard. Full time. In person.
What you'll own
Scope, schedule, and budget projects from kickoff to delivery. Build the briefs, timelines, and SOWs the team runs on.
Run the day to day on active accounts. Keep clients informed and confident and handle the back and forth so the team can stay on the work.
Keep designers and partners on track without micromanaging.
Coordinate multi-stakeholder builds across developers, GCs, architects, and vendors.
Own the details that keep projects clean: status updates, change orders, invoicing accuracy, and follow-through.
What you bring
3 plus years running client projects, ideally in an agency, design, architecture, or development setting.
Calm under pressure and relentlessly organized. You close loops without being chased.
Strong communication. You turn a vague client ask into a clear brief.
Financial literacy with budgets, scopes, and margins.
Confidence holding both clients and teammates accountable.
Bonus
Branding, hospitality, or real estate development experience.
Familiarity with creative production workflows.
